Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Fragrance Nevaeh, some products may be offered with special purchase options, including pre-orders, subscriptions, installment-based purchase options, promotional purchase options, or other special checkout options where applicable.

By selecting any purchase option on our website, you agree to the cancellation terms below.

1. Standard Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order.

After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may already be in processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

If the order has not shipped yet, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, the customer must receive the package and follow our Return and Refund Policy. A $20 cancellation/restocking/handling fee may apply for shipped order cancellations.

2. Pre-Orders

If a product is purchased as a pre-order, the order may be processed before the product is shipped.

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If the pre-order has not entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may be approved.

Once a pre-order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be available.

3. Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options

If we offer subscription or recurring purchase options, customers may cancel future recurring orders by contacting our support team before the next order is processed.

Once a recurring order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled under the subscription cancellation request and will be handled according to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription only cancels future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel or refund any order that has already been processed or shipped.

4. Installment or Payment Plan Purchases

If a customer chooses an installment, payment plan, or buy-now-pay-later option at checkout, the payment agreement may be managed by a third-party payment provider.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the payment provider’s terms before completing the purchase.

Canceling an order with Fragrance Nevaeh does not automatically cancel any third-party payment agreement unless the cancellation is approved and processed successfully through the payment provider.

5. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the order is placed.

This may apply to specific products, discounted items, promotional items, clearance items, limited-time sale products, or special purchase option products.
